We are a friendly, family business offering quality properties to rent in Colchester and Bury St Edmunds since 2008, fully accredited by the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA).

Colchester properties are fully furnished 4 or 5 bedroomed student houses which comply with NUS, university and council recommendations and are in the Wivenhoe area, within easy walking distance of the University of Essex.

Bury St Edmunds properties are unfurnished or part furnished with 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms and they are (or can be) approved by the US Air Force.

We live (or have lived) in the area and so are knowledgable and able to help with any questions.
